About the project
Problem
The company has over 200 partner agencies, each with real estate brokers. Every broker regularly contacts MIRA Developments managers to check unit availability in one of the projects, as well as to create sales offers and other documents for their clients. This process takes a lot of the managers' time, resulting in financial losses for the company.

I conducted market research, identified three competitor apps with the same purpose, and analyzed their architectures, strengths, and weaknesses.

I interviewed frequent users of competitor apps and conducted usability testing with potential users who hadn’t used them before.

Based on the research, I gathered all the requirements and features for the future app, developed the structure, PRD and the development roadmap.

We developed an MVP of the app with Mock Up data, few key screens and core features, published it on TestFlight, and began user testing. Based on the results, we made changes to the product, added a couple of new features, and continued refining it until completion.

We created 4 design concepts for the board of directors to choose the one that suits them best.
What app looks like now
The app let users check the availability of units using a convenient search engine, access all information about any project, stay tuned to company’s news and updates, share marketing materials with their clients, and even book units for clients. Additionally, users can track the status of every deal and see if their client has made a payment. In short, brokers don’t need to waste time gathering information and managing the booking process. With MIRA app, any broker can close a deal in a minutes.
