About the project
Problem
When I started working on the product, it was operating at a loss. Customers weren’t returning to the site, and only 10 out of 150 items were being sold. Marketing and advertising were ineffective, and customer service was inappropriate.
Solution
Complete rebranding and overhaul of the product, including a revision of the brand platform. Changes to the product assortment, website redesign, establishment of the company's customer service, and development of a marketing strategy.

The first thing I did was conduct a full analysis of all orders to date, perform a competitive analysis, and survey over 100 customers. Based on the collected data, I identified the product's growth opportunities and developed a growth strategy.

Based on the collected data and strategy, we developed a new brand platform, brand book, marketing strategy, defined a new product assortment, and created a new website.

Drawing from numerous tests, we identified the most effective ad creative formats that resonate with our target audience. We produced a variety of advertising materials, collaborated with influencers, and began capturing our market share.

We streamlined business processes related to customer service, delivery, and warehousing. We continuously research the market, conduct customer development, and update our product assortment.

A user-friendly online service offering same-day delivery and a constantly updated assortment, now featuring over 700 SKUs. Our customer service CSI is rated at 92%. The product has reached its break-even point, with profits growing each quarter for the past two years. A two-year development roadmap has been established, and we are actively working on technological advancements.
